Cutting Edge Consulting was set up by Paul Duffin FMCA CGMA, Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and based in Dublin. Following a successful career in Finance, Paul established his consulting business in 2014 and has worked with clients in the following industry sectors: finance, food, manufacturing, service, construction and retail.

Paul is of the view too often, Finance is looking in its rear view mirror, rather than focusing on leading financial indicators that will improve and grow the business model.

Business owners must have the key critical information readily available, data must be configured for detailed analysis in order to face increasingly volatile market conditions.
